Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management science with emphasis on project/construction management or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of project/construction management work experience.
• OR an associate degree in Construction Management Technology, Project Management, Electrical or Civil Engineering, or related technology field with 8 years’ work experience in the electric industry, or project/construction management/oversight.
• OR High School graduate or equivalent with 10 years related experience in electric industry or project management/oversight

Responsibilities

• Provide construction site management for all aspects and activities of transmission station and line construction to facilitate project completion within budget, schedule, and scope.
• Provide oversight for OSHA compliance and safety program requirements.
• Coordinate environmental permits and SWPPP compliance with regulators.
• Coordinate with ROW, siting, and landowner agreements; ensure permits are obtained and closed as needed.
• Review project documents and drawings; provide feedback and resolve construction issues.
• Develop material and equipment plans to meet milestones and coordinate deliveries.
