Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree in administration, transportation, or related field.
• Five years of experience in public transit operations.
• Two years of management experience in a public transit environment; coach operator supervision preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain 24/7 communication with the Director of Bus Operations and manage system status.
• Ensure accuracy of operations reports, dispatch logs, and performance metrics.
• Develop and enforce operating rules and procedures and coordinate service changes.
• Guide Supervisors to align with labor contracts and company policies.
• Oversee staff scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to meet service goals.
