Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, finance, accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience leading complex projects or programs.
• 5+ years of management or cross-functional program leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of operational, client-delivery, and technology-enabled transformation initiatives.
• Translate priorities into project charters, roadmaps, workstreams, milestones, and governance structures.
• Partner with leadership to define outcomes, scope, deliverables, budgets, and success measures.
• Manage scope, schedules, and budgets across multiple concurrent projects and interdependent workstreams.
