Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking a Manager – Project Management to join our Outsourced Services practice in Baton Rouge. The role leads complex, technology-enabled transformation initiatives across client programs, ensuring governance, milestones, and measurable outcomes.

You will partner with senior leaders, manage budgets and risks, and drive adoption across multiple workstreams. Travel may be required to client sites and EisnerAmper locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
• 5+ years of progressive experience leading complex projects, programs, technology-enabled transformation, process improvement, consulting, outsourced services, or a related field.
• 5+ years of management, supervisory, team leadership, or cross-functional program leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of operational, client-delivery, and technology-enabled transformation initiatives within Outsourced Services.
• Translate strategies into clear project charters, roadmaps, milestones, governance structures, and success measures.
• Define outcomes, scope, budgets, and resource requirements with leadership and stakeholders.
• Manage multi-project delivery with cross-functional teams and interdependent workstreams.
• Provide executive updates, risk management, and timely decisions to drive adoption and benefits realization.
• Build trusted relationships and guide groups through scope, governance, and decision-making discussions.
