Job summary

Orgill is seeking a strategic Sr. Manager/Manager, Foundation Transformation to lead enterprise-wide change initiatives and govern the project and program portfolio from our Collierville, TN headquarters.

You will define organizational change roadmaps for Digital, Marketing, Services, and POS, align initiatives with Orgill’s technology strategy, and drive adoption, process improvements, and disciplined program execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in business transformation, continuous improvement, or strategic operations.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience heading an enterprise-level PMO with multi-million-dollar program portfolios.
• Experience in Digital, Marketing, Services, POS is highly preferred.
• Exceptional storytelling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to influence cross-functional teams and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Ownership: Oversee the complete lifecycle of Orgill's Digital, Marketing, Services, POS project and program portfolios.
• Methodology Standardization: Partner, refine, and enforce Program management frameworks, KPIs.
• Executive Visibility: Provide milestone tracking, dependency identification, and ROI visibility to executive leadership.

Description

Orgill is seeking a strategic, execution-focused Sr. Manager/Manager, Foundation Transformation to lead our enterprise-wide change initiatives and govern our complete project and program portfolio. In this highly visible leadership role, you will be responsible for defining organizational change roadmaps for foundational domains like Digital, Marketing, Services, POS while working within the TMO. You will ensure all Digital, Marketing, Services, POS initiatives align with Orgill’s long-term Tech strategy, delivering optimized operational workflows, modern technology adoption, and excellent project execution.

• Reporting Structure: Reports to Sr Dir/Dir, Transformation
• Direct Reports: Program Managers, Project Managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Portfolio Ownership: Oversee the complete lifecycle of Orgill's Digital, Marketing, Services, POS project and program portfolios.
• Methodology Standardization: Partner, refine, and enforce Program management frameworks, key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Executive Visibility: Provide clear milestone tracking, dependency identification, and financial transparency regarding project health and ROI to executive leadership.

Strategic Transformation & Change Management

• Strategic Alignment: Partner closely with executive leaders to translate Orgill's strategic vision into actionable, quarterly project roadmaps.
• Change Leadership: Direct Technical change management strategies by partnering with the business liaison, advocating for internal shifts, eliminating workflow friction, and driving high adoption rates for new tools and processes.
• Process Engineering: Evaluate and optimize operational bottlenecks within wholesale distribution, retail services, and corporate functions to build scalable workflows.

Leadership & Culture

• Transformational Mentorship: Lead, develop, and upscale a high-performing team of PMO professionals by practicing active mentorship, intellectual stimulation, and individualized career consideration.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a core bridging point across Data, Corp Systems, Supply Chain, and Business Operations to ensure cohesive execution of multi-disciplinary programs.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in business transformation, continuous improvement, or strategic operations.
• PMO Leadership: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience directly heading an enterprise-level PMO with direct reporting lines for multi-million-dollar program portfolios.
• Industry Context: Experience in Digital, Marketing, Services, POS is highly preferred.
• Communication: Exceptional storytelling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to influence cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
