Job summary

Centene Corp. is seeking a Program Manager IV for Clinical Technology Operations.

This remote US role leads large-scale, cross-functional healthcare migrations, coordinating with executives and leaders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. You will craft executive-ready updates, dashboards, and training materials while guiding teams across Operations, Finance, and Benefits.) The ideal candidate has 8+ years in program management, a strong PM toolkit, and healthcare or managed care experience,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 8+ years of Program or Project Management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams on large-scale programs.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
• Healthcare experience and/or managed care experience preferred.
• PMP or PgMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, cross-functional healthcare migrations for implementation or process improvement.
• Oversee program planning, management, and execution (scope, schedule, budget).
• Create timelines and ensure deliverables align with standards.
• Develop executive dashboards and project status reports.
• Prepare materials for Program Steering Committees and executive reviews.
• Escalate risks and issues to leadership and drive mitigation plans.
