Responsibilities

• Develop and manage methodologies to track issues and present program results.
• Analyze data from multiple sources to measure ROI of current and new product activity.
• Collaborate with staff to align internal/external customers and expectations.
• Support operations in planning and tracking strategic initiatives to improve scorecard.
• Serve as internal resource on improvement activities.
• Explore new work processes using quality improvement techniques to reduce waste.
• Travel up to 25%.
