You will mentor associates, partner with diverse stakeholders, and deliver high-impact transformations across large-scale programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent years of experience.
• 5+ years experience in process improvement/transformation, business/financial analysis, external consulting/auditing/risk analysis, customer journey/experience, organizational change management, IT solution/architecture, or project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead programmatic efforts to drive operational efficiency with business and IT.
• Coach and mentor associates.
• Establish as strategic partner by understanding business/technology and building trust.
• Lead jumbo initiatives affecting 1k+ people or 3-5 functions.
• Facilitate large-scale workshops across all levels from staff to executives.
• Contribute to diagnostic tooling using Capability Maturity Model.
• Develop executive-senior roadmap and multi-year opportunities.
• Quantify measurable business benefits from transformation efforts.
