Job summary

Centene Corporation is seeking a Program Manager IV to lead large-scale healthcare migrations and cross-functional initiatives. You will drive planning, scope, schedule, and budget while coordinating PMs and analysts across multiple workgroups.

You will create executive dashboards, deliver training materials, and prepare Steering Committee documents. The role requires handling risks, budgets, dependencies, and clear leadership communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of Program or Project Management experience required.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams on large-scale projects or supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and project management tools required.
• Healthcare experience and/or managed care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale healthcare migrations and oversee planning, management, and execution (scope, schedule, budget).
• Coordinate multiple PMs/BAs across workgroups (Operations, Finance, Benefit Ops, etc.).
• Create executive dashboards and reports for ongoing analytics post-implementation.
• Deliver training materials to indirect reports and peers; work with training teams.
• Prepare and deliver documents for Program Steering Committees to the Executive team.
• Proactively manage risks, budget/forecast, dependencies; analyze opportunities as needed.
• Escalate issues and risks with leadership and communicate solutions.
