Job summary

Sharp Services, LLC is seeking a Transformation Manager to lead strategic programs across our pharmaceutical packaging organization, partnering with business leaders to deliver projects that improve performance, compliance, digital capabilities, and scalability.

The role requires decisive execution and collaboration with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, Client Services, and Commercial teams, while supporting governance, reporting, change management, and benefits realization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, IT, or related field.
• PMP Certification preferred.
• 7–10 years of project management, PMO, transformation, operations, engineering, quality, or supply chain experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading cross-functional projects in a regulated environment.
• Experience within pharmaceutical manufacturing, packaging, medical device, biotechnology, or other regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium to large-scale transformation projects from initiation through closure; develop charters, business cases, plans, schedules, and budgets; manage scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change controls; facilitate cross-functional teams; drive execution aligned with strategy; monitor performance and implement corrective actions.
• Support implementation and maintenance of Transformation Office methodologies, standards, tools, and processes; maintain portfolio dashboards and reporting; ensure governance adherence.
• Track KPIs, analyze performance trends, provide data-driven recommendations, support benefits realization.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; ensure GMP/FDA compliance; maintain documentation.
• Support change management, stakeholder engagement, communication plans, training, and adoption activities; drive accountability for action items.
