Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Transformation Manager for the Integrated Program Office to drive company-wide change initiatives, improve efficiency, and support long-term objectives. You will oversee the transformation portfolio, optimize governance, and deliver executive-level reporting using both waterfall and agile approaches.

Role requires 12+ years in program/portfolio management, strong communication, stakeholder management, and expertise with Smartsheet, Jira, and Looker.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in program or portfolio management with enterprise transformation.
• Proven success leading strategic initiatives in a matrixed environment.
• Expertise in large portfolio governance, reporting, and tool optimization (Smartsheet, Jira, Looker).
• Strong communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills; familiar with Agile, Lean and waterfall.
• Certifications: PMP and SAFe RTE 5.0+ and SPC 5.0+ required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of cross-functional transformation programs aligned to strategy.
• Establish portfolio governance to improve prioritization and resource allocation.
• Provide guidance and leadership for execution using waterfall and agile methods.
• Evaluate and optimize program tools to support scalable execution and data integrity.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for senior leadership and governance boards.
• Engage executives and stakeholders to define objectives and manage interdependencies.
• Lead change management communications, training, and adoption efforts.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation, and escalate critical items to leadership.
• Champion continuous improvement to accelerate transformation outcomes.
