Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager to lead large-scale life and group insurance transformation programs within the BTG practice. You will steer multi-year initiatives, guide strategy and delivery across multiple workstreams, and foster executive relationships with CIOs and COOs.

You will drive growth, manage budgets, and mentor managers and consultants. You will shape enterprise roadmaps, oversee architecture, data, integration, and change management, and promote AI-enabled delivery and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12-15+ years in consulting, insurance, or business transformation.
• 8+ years in Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.
• Proven leadership of large-scale enterprise transformations.
• Experience managing executive client relationships and driving growth.
• Experience leading large consulting teams, forecasting, and profitability.
• Experience with policy administration platforms (PAS) such as FAST / FINEOS / ALIP.
• Strong understanding of life/annuity value chain: product config, underwriting, policy administration, servicing, claims.
• Program management experience with multi-vendor, multi-workstream delivery.
• Agile frameworks knowledge: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe.

• Provide executive leadership across engagements, shape client agendas, and drive growth.
• Oversee strategy, delivery, organizational change, and operational readiness.
• Build and mentor cross-functional delivery teams across client portfolios.
• Manage risk, governance, and client satisfaction at senior levels.
• Sponsor talent development and contribute to account growth.
