EY is seeking a Senior Manager to lead large-scale Life Insurance and Group Benefits transformation programs within its BTG practice. You will drive multi-workstream delivery, manage executive relationships, and guide modernization efforts across platforms and processes.

The role emphasizes governance, strategic execution, and cross-functional leadership, with travel up to 50% as needed.

Formación

12-15+ years of professional experience in consulting, insurance, or business transformation.
8+ years in Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.
Proven leadership of large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
Experience managing executive client relationships and driving business development.
Experience leading large consulting teams and managing engagement financials.
Experience with policy administration platforms such as FAST, FINEOS, ALIP, OIPA, or equivalents.
Strong understanding of life/annuity and group benefits value chains.

Responsabilidades

Lead complex client engagements and multidisciplinary teams across life, annuity, and group insurance transformations.
Serve as executive delivery leader for strategic programs, ensuring governance and client satisfaction.
Build trusted executive relationships with CIOs, COOs, and business leaders.
Drive revenue growth through account leadership and opportunities for expansion.
Define transformation strategies, target operating models, and roadmaps.
Oversee architecture, data, integration, testing, and change management activities.
