Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Manager to lead large-scale Life Insurance, Annuity, and Group Benefits transformation programs within the BTG practice. You will guide executive-level stakeholders, shape client transformation agendas, and drive growth across engagements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
12-15+ years of professional experience in consulting, insurance, enterprise technology, or business transformation.
8+ years in Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.
Experience leading large-scale transformation programs with multiple workstreams and vendors.
Proven track record of executive client relationships and business development.
Experience with policy administration platforms such as FAST, FINEOS, ALIP, OIPA or comparable PAS.

Responsibilities

Lead executive delivery for strategic transformation programs, accountable for success and client satisfaction.
Establish trusted advisor relationships with CIOs, COOs, and Business Leaders.
Direct multiple engagements and drive revenue growth with account leadership.
Define transformation strategies, operating models, roadmaps, and governance.
Oversee architecture, data, integration, testing, and change management.
Drive adoption of AI-enabled delivery, automation, and analytics.
