Qualifications

Five+ years in process/project management with Lean experience.
Experience leading enterprise-level transformation initiatives.
A proven track record in change management and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise transformation initiatives aligned with strategic priorities.
Partner with executives to design and execute transformation programs.
Coach leaders to enhance problem-solving and PDCA execution.
Apply A3 thinking and data-driven decision making to improve processes.
