Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP) is seeking a Senior Director of Healthcare Economics to lead the economic analysis and financial performance optimization across IEHP’s healthcare business. The role involves strategic leadership, cross‑functional collaboration, and building a high-performing analytics team.

The position reports to the CFO and supports cost‑effective, high‑quality care, margin improvement, and program performance.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum ten years of progressive experience in medical economics or healthcare financial analytics.
• Experience leading analytical and financial teams including coaching and performance reviews.
• Collaboration across Finance, FP&A, Clinical Operations, and Provider Network.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Public Health, Health Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field.

Aufgaben

• Develop and refine a comprehensive healthcare economics framework covering cost drivers and revenue streams.
• Conduct deep-dive enterprise economic analyses to identify root causes of trends.
• Provide full oversight for the Healthcare Economics team including hiring and performance reviews.
• Lead cost saving and margin-improvement initiatives across medical and administrative spend.
• Develop executive-level dashboards and reporting for strategic initiatives.
• Evaluate ROI and provide decision support for healthcare investments.
