Job summary

Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP) is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Partner to drive learning strategy, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. You will consult with senior leaders, design impactful experiences, and measure outcomes to strengthen performance and culture. This hybrid role is based in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.

You will integrate instructional design, analytics, and modern tech (LMS, Articulate, Captivate, AR/VR) to deliver scalable development solutions.

Qualifications

5+ years in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or Talent Management

Responsibilities

Partner with leaders to assess capability gaps and align learning strategies with enterprise goals
Develop annual and multi-year learning plans for assigned business areas
Ensure learning initiatives support performance, engagement, and culture objectives
Serve as trusted advisor to senior leaders and HR Business Partners
Conduct needs assessments using performance consulting methodologies
Diagnose root causes of performance gaps and recommend systemic solutions
Facilitate leadership development and team effectiveness conversations
Utilize assessments to inform development strategies
Establish success metrics and evaluate learning impact
