Job summary

Inland Empire Health Plans is seeking a Transformation Analyst III to lead cross‑departmental analytics for strategic transformation and quality improvement. You will engage with stakeholders, develop analytics, and present insights to drive IEHP compliance and strategic goals, including NCQA alignment.

The role blends data engineering, reporting, and collaboration with leadership. The position requires extensive healthcare analytics experience, a master’s degree or equivalent, and a hybrid work

Qualifications

• 6+ years in healthcare study development, writing and analysis (quality improvement, care management, or related fields)
• Experience with complex data systems and data sets
• Experience with electronic medical records, documentation, reporting/analysis
• Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent plus experience
• PMP/Lean Six Sigma or Healthcare Quality certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead development, preparation and presentation of reports and analyses for transformation programs
• Develop analytical tools to support current and emerging business unit requirements
• Lead key studies, data integrity review, and performance metrics design with stakeholders
• Guide team members in data interpretation and translating findings into actionable plans
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure analysis standards are met
• Ensure timely, accurate reporting compliant with IEHP requirements
• Document analyses to enable standard work and replication by others
• Manage projects and communicate risks to leadership
• Stay updated on quality measures and LEAN principles
