Job summary

Inland Empire Health Plans (IEHP) is seeking a Senior Transformation Facilitator to drive organizational excellence and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. You will partner with leaders and teams to build problem-solving capability, foster continuous improvement, and improve efficiencies using Lean methodologies.

Strong change leadership and data-driven decision making are essential. You will guide VSA/RIE efforts, map processes, and support cross-functional teams to deliver measurable

Qualifications

• Five years of process/project management experience with improvement projects or Lean roles.
• Experience leading enterprise-level change management initiatives.
• Project management experience.
• Knowledge of Lean concepts (level loading, pull, mistake proofing, rapid changeover).
• Experience leading VSA, RIE, process mapping and discovery; healthcare experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required or four additional years of relevant work experience with competency assessment.

• Coach teams to build internal problem-solving capability and continuous improvement culture.
• Enable data-driven decision-making and measured transformation impact.
