Job summary

Trellix is seeking a Senior Manager of Transformation to lead enterprise-wide change initiatives, align strategy and technology, and drive measurable value across Business Operations. Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of progressive experience in project management, strategy development or business transformation.
• Experience within a global technology or cybersecurity firm is preferred.
• Deep understanding of Cybersecurity Operations, IT, digital trends and change management.
• Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce/CPQ), AI capabilities, and transformation tracking tools like Jira.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute transformation roadmap aligned with global growth objectives and automated environments.
• Lead high-priority programs across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Finance, IT, and Legal.
• Manage transformation project manager to support requirements and milestones.
• Map complex processes to identify bottlenecks and redesign workflows for efficiency.
• Drive AI-driven solutions and self-service tools to reduce manual inquiries.
