Job summary

Trellix is seeking a Senior Manager, Transformation to drive enterprise-wide programs across Sales, Finance, IT and Legal. You will define roadmaps, lead cross-functional initiatives, and ensure value delivery through data-driven methods, AI enablement, and modernized processes.

In this remote US role, you will partner with executives to align business strategy with technology, accelerate automation, and measure success with KPIs while coaching teams and managing external partners.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of progressive experience in project management, strategy development or business transformation.
• Global technology or cybersecurity exposure is preferred.
• Proficiency with ERP/CRM systems, AI capabilities, and transformation tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute transformation roadmap aligned with growth objectives and automation.
• Lead high-priority programs across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Finance, IT and Legal.
• Manage transformation project manager and ensure milestones are met.
• Map complex processes, redesign workflows for efficiency and agility.
• Drive AI-driven solutions and self-service tools to reduce manual work.
• Maximize ROI on existing tech stack and monitor KPIs for impact.
• Oversee change management and executive communication.
