Job summary

Concero seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead a multi-year, enterprise-wide security initiative. You will drive planning, coordination, and execution of ten high-impact security initiatives, transitioning from legacy cycle-based practices to a modern, continuous, identity-centric, automation-driven operating model.

The ideal candidate will onboard quickly, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment while engaging senior leadership to align priorities and drive results.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
• Proven experience leading complex, enterprise-wide security or technology transformation programs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a large-scale cybersecurity transformation program.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute ten prioritized security initiatives across the enterprise.
• Drive transition from legacy security models to continuous, identity-centric, and automated practices.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including security, infrastructure, and application stakeholders.
• Facilitate discussions, remove roadblocks, and ensure alignment across workstreams.
• Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple initiatives.
• Oversee program reporting, metrics, and executive-level communications.
• Present updates, progress, and recommendations to senior leadership.
