Job summary

US AI is seeking a Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead transformation initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, defining scopes, timelines, and resource plans to ensure delivery of secure, efficient business processes.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience managing complex cybersecurity programs, strong technical and change-management skills, and familiarity with JIRA, Asana, and MS Project, plus excellent communication with executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience leading and managing complex cybersecurity projects from initiation to completion.
• Proven track record of driving business transformation initiatives with measurable improvements.
• Solid understanding of technical solutions relevant to business transformation, incl. BI, automation, AI/ML.
• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, MS Project, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, and monitoring of cybersecurity transformation projects from start to finish.
• Collaborate with IT to implement solutions that enhance cybersecurity and optimize processes.
• Develop and execute change management strategies with stakeholder communication and training.
• Gather requirements and prioritize initiatives delivering maximum value.
• Manage budget, personnel, and technology within timelines and budget.
