Job summary

Trellix is seeking a Sr. Solutions Consultant for remote U.S. deployment and ongoing operational support.

You will work with a public sector customer to deploy endpoint security solutions, analyze incidents, and design secure configurations. You will coordinate with Success Managers, Support Engineers, and management to resolve issues and drive customer outcomes. The role requires deep cybersecurity engineering knowledge, strong communication, and experience across Windows, Linux, and enterprise

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in a technical role.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Counter-Intelligence polygraph.
• Active DoD 8570 or DoD 8140 cybersecurity certification.
• Experience with Trellix products and security solutions.
• Strong experience with Windows and Linux administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily deployments, operations and maintenance of Trellix solutions.
• Interface with customers and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Develop technical project, deployment, test and migration plans.
• Provide cybersecurity SME guidance and risk mitigation recommendations.
