Q2 is seeking a senior-level Transformation Partner to join our Transformation Team. You will partner with business leaders to identify, shape, and scale strategic initiatives, including translating internal AI strategy into measurable enterprise gains and modernizing systems and processes.

You will lead discovery efforts, apply design thinking and lean methodologies, and translate findings into compelling business cases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 15+ years of professional experience in transformation offices, strategy, or operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end discovery engagements using design thinking and lean methodologies.
• Develop value theses and governance-ready proposals with clear problems, options, risks, and outcomes.
• Influence senior leaders and support adoption and change execution with stakeholder engagement.
• Deliver executive communications and lead engagement across C-suite forums.
