Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager to join its Business Transformation & Growth (BTG) practice. You will lead large-scale transformations for Life Insurance, Annuity, and Group Benefits clients, shaping agendas and executive relationships while driving growth across engagements.

You will oversee multi-disciplinary teams, governance, and risk management, while delivering strategic modernization and AI-enabled delivery. Travel up to 50% may be required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12-15+ years of professional experience in consulting, insurance, enterprise technology, or business transformation.
• 8+ years of experience within Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.
• Proven leadership of large-scale enterprise transformation programs with multiple workstreams.
• Experience managing executive client relationships and driving business development.
• Experience leading large consulting teams and managing engagement financials, forecasting, and profitability.
• Proven track record of developing new business, leading pursuits, and contributing to account growth.
• Experience with policy administration platforms such as FAST, FINEOS, ALIP, OIPA, or equivalents.
• Strong understanding of Life & Annuity, group benefits value chain, and policy administration processes.
• Program management experience with multi-vendor, offshore/onshore delivery models.
• Experience overseeing platform configuration, integration, APIs, middleware, and data migration.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive delivery for strategic transformation programs with accountability for success, finances, governance, and client satisfaction.
• Build trusted executive relationships with CIOs, COOs, and business leaders.
• Lead governance forums and steer strategic transformation initiatives including AI-enabled delivery methods.
• Direct multiple engagements and workstreams across complex client portfolios.
• Drive opportunities for business expansion and revenue growth with account leadership.
• Define transformation strategies, target operating models, roadmaps, and program governance.
• Oversee architecture, data, integration, testing, change management, and release activities.
• Ensure alignment with client objectives, regulatory requirements, and enterprise architecture.
• Lead talent development, sponsor succession planning, and manage performance within BTG.
• Lead pursuit efforts, proposal development, pricing strategies, and contracting discussions.
• Develop market offerings, accelerators, and intellectual property to boost EY's position.
