Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager to join the Business Transformation & Growth practice, driving large-scale enterprise transformation for Life Insurance, Annuity and Group Benefits clients. You will provide strategic leadership across engagements, shape client agendas, and foster executive relationships to grow EY's BTG practice.

You will lead complex engagements, oversee governance, and drive adoption of AI-enabled delivery methods, analytics, and modernization across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12-15+ years of professional experience in consulting, insurance, enterprise technology, or business transformation.
• 8+ years of experience within Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.
• Proven leadership of large-scale enterprise transformation programs with multiple workstreams, vendors, and delivery teams.
• Experience leading executive relationships, and driving business development activities.
• Experience with platform configuration, integration, APIs, middleware, and data migration.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive delivery and governance for strategic transformation programs.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with CIOs, COOs, and business line leaders.
• Direct multiple concurrent engagements and drive revenue growth with account leadership.
• Define transformation strategies, operating models, roadmaps, and program governance.
