Job summary

EY US is seeking qualified professionals to help federal, state and local agencies manage programs and projects within the Transformation Execution Team. You will apply program management knowledge across scope, schedule, cost and quality, while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to drive measurable results.

Role requires a bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, 2+ years of consulting or industry experience, and the ability to travel up to 80% depending on practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field with 2+ years in consulting or relevant industry.
• Experience leading teams on engagements is required.
• Knowledge of PM methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in client engagements within the Transformation Risk Team.
• Apply PM knowledge to improve program management, scope, time and cost control.
• Develop innovative recommendations and methodologies for organizational improvements.
• Deliver quality client services and build enduring stakeholder relationships.
• Travel to client sites per project needs and maintain professional certifications.
