Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Transaction Manager to join the Americas Brokerage Group. The role will manage complex leases and capital transactions on a high-volume basis, ensuring client satisfaction and consistency across processes, reporting, and budgets.

You will handle site selection, LOIs, and negotiation of favorable terms, while coordinating with field brokers and delivering executive-ready packages. 10–12 years of experience and fluency in Spanish and Portuguese are required.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of experience in Transaction Management or Corporate Real Estate.
• Experience managing complex transactions and high transaction volumes.
• Experience supporting large, global occupiers.
• Experience managing confidential initiatives with urgency and risk mitigation.
• Proven skills in contract review and lease negotiations.
• Self-starter capable of managing multiple transactions simultaneously.
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of P&L impacts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and stakeholder management.
• Detail-oriented with strong adherence to process.
• Fluent in Spanish and proficient in Portuguese.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and execute large and mid-size transactions with high proficiency.
• Collect client requirements, obtain market data, review market reports, and retain brokers regionally.
• Oversee site selection and site evaluation.
• Create RFPs and negotiate LOIs, leases, and sales agreements.
• Prepare transaction packages for executive approval and negotiate favorable terms.
• Coordinate with brokers and finalize engagements; review invoices for accuracy.
• Monitor progress of transactions and develop occupancy cost-saving strategies.
• Develop and maintain client reporting and proactive process improvements.
