Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Miami seeks a Senior Transaction Manager to lead complex commercial transactions for the Americas Brokerage Group. Role focuses on client requirements, data gathering, and coordination with broker partners to optimize occupancy costs and contractual terms.

The candidate will manage multiple transactions, evaluate financial implications, and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring compliance and timely reporting across regions.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of experience in Transaction Management or Corporate Real Estate.
• Experience managing complex transactions and high transaction volume.
• Experience supporting large, global occupiers.
• Experience managing confidential initiatives, including urgency and risk mitigation.
• Proven skills in contract review and lease negotiations.
• Self-starter with ability to manage multiple transactions.
• Solid understanding of financial and accounting impacts.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation and stakeholder management.
• Detail-oriented and able to adhere to process.
• Fluent in Spanish and proficient in Portuguese.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and execute complex, large, and mid-size transactions with a high level of proficiency and knowledge.
• Oversee site selection and site evaluation; create RFPs; negotiate LOIs, leases, and purchase and sale agreements.
• Prepare transaction approval packages for executive management; monitor progress of transactions; seek occupancy cost savings.
