Job summary

EY-Parthenon in New York seeks a Manager for Transaction Diligence and Analytics to deliver data-driven insights for buy-side and sell-side due diligence. You will query data repositories, generate periodic reports, and identify patterns to support client decisions in fast-changing markets.

Lead diverse teams, maintain client relationships, and drive business development while ensuring high-quality service. This full-time role follows a Monday–Friday schedule with travel up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience.
• 3 years of experience leveraging accounting skills, of which 1 year must be in a mergers and acquisition-oriented environment.
• 3 years of combined experience analysing data for financial due diligence and/or audit.
• 3 years of experience working with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, or other software to perform data analysis intelligence and reporting functions.
• 3 years of experience with data visualization tools: Tableau/PowerBI/D3js or related.
• Requires domestic travel up to 50% in order to serve client needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide data analytics-driven solutions for buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence.
• Query data repositories and generate periodic reports.
• Identify data patterns and trends in available information sources.
• Analyze large and complex datasets and build sophisticated transaction-driven analyses.
• Present findings to clients and leadership in a way that is easily understood by transaction professionals at all levels.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks.
