Job summary

EY Parthenon is seeking a Manager in Transaction Analytics to deliver data-driven insights for buy-side and sell-side due diligence. You will query data repositories, generate periodic reports, and identify patterns to support client decisions in fast-changing markets.

The role requires 5 years of related experience (3 with Master’s) and strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools. Travel up to 50% is expected as client needs arise, with a hybrid working model in place.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field plus 5 years of experience.
• Master’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field plus 3 years of experience.
• 3 years of experience leveraging accounting skills, with 1 year in M&A oriented environment.
• 3 years of experience analysing data for financial due diligence and/or audit.
• 3 years of experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide data analytics-driven solutions to enhance client decision-making including buy-side and sell-side due diligence.
• Produce financial and market intelligence by querying data repositories and generating reports.
• Identify data patterns and trends in available information sources; build transaction-driven analyses.
• Analyze large datasets and present findings to clients and leadership in an accessible way.
• Maintain long-term client relationships and contribute to business development.
