The role requires 5+ years of experience in consulting with a strong emphasis on business strategy and M&A, plus willingness to travel up to 40% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience performing quantitative or qualitative analysis.
• Alternatively, a Master’s degree plus 2 years of work experience performing quantitative or qualitative analysis.
• Must have 2 years of consulting experience including managing business strategy and M&A diligence projects.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients across the transaction lifecycle focusing on corporate strategy.
• Develop actionable growth strategies and value creation initiatives.
• Review deal documents to identify risks and issues; define objectives with leadership; manage work streams.
