Job summary

EY-Parthenon seeks a Transaction Analytics Senior Associate to leverage analytics for data-driven insights across M&A, divestitures, and value creation. You will work with partners and PE leaders to shape strategic decisions using tools like Alteryx, Power BI, and SQL.

You will mentor team members, lead complex projects, and contribute to business development while working in a hybrid model in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 2 years of related work experience (or graduate degree with ~18 months).
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Experience deriving business insights from large datasets.
• Experience with data modeling and analytics tools (ETL, visualization).
• Familiarity with financial/business terminology and travel willingness.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex M&A and analytics-driven projects including due diligence and value creation.
• Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights for clients.
• Work across multiple projects and industries with diverse teams.
• Support business development and team growth; mentor colleagues.
• Build client relationships and provide strategic counsel.
• Utilize ETL and visualization tools like Alteryx and Power BI for insights.
