EY-Parthenon seeks a Transaction Analytics Senior Associate to deliver data-driven insights across M&A, divestitures, and value creation initiatives. You will leverage ETL and visualization tools, working closely with corporate leaders and private equity teams to shape strategic decisions and drive outcomes.

You will analyze large datasets, mentor teammates, and build strong client relationships while navigating diverse projects and industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree + 2 years of related work experience or graduate degree + ~18 months.
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Experience with advanced data modeling and analytics tools (ETL, visualization).

Responsibilities

• Lead complex M&A and analytics-driven projects, including due diligence and value creation.
• Analyze large datasets to create actionable insights and present to stakeholders.
• Work across multiple projects and industries to provide diverse experience.
• Support business and practice development and contribute to team growth.
• Mentor and guide team members to achieve career goals.
• Build strong client relationships and provide strategic counsel.
• Utilize ETL tools (Alteryx) and visualization tools (Power BI) for insights.
