Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business is required.
• CPA preferred; CFA or MBA viewed favorably.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in transaction advisory services, financial due diligence, or related M&A services.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience managing engagement teams and reviewing work products.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, EBITDA adjustments, working capital analysis, and related concepts.
• Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills; ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Engage in day-to-day financial due diligence and Quality of Earnings engagements.
• Coordinate multiple engagements, manage timelines, budgets, and client communication.
• Review analyses and deliverables for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify transaction risks and communicate findings to leadership and clients.
• Lead discussions with clients and cross-functional teams to support engagement quality.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor associates and engage in recruiting initiatives.
