Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Senior Consultant to join the Transaction Services branch of its Financial Advisory practice. You will deliver due diligence and transaction advisory services to a diverse client base including private equity funds, banks, and publicly traded companies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; CPA designation preferred.
• Three+ years of relative experience, ideally in a mid-to-large professional services firm with audits and related services.
• At least two years of transaction services / due diligence experience highly preferred.
• Professional designations (CFE, CFA) or candidacy and/or an advanced degree are a plus.
• High motivation, initiative and positive attitude; excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with Partners on matters related to client and engagement management.
• Data gathering, document review and preparation of quality of earnings reports.
• Research and financial analysis of target companies.
• Due diligence for buy side, sell side, and corporate finance transactions.
• Communication with clients to ensure delivery of exceptional client service.
• Participate in marketing and recruiting activities of the firm.
• Opportunities for career development and advancement within the transaction advisory services group.
