Baker Tilly is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Transaction Services team within Financial Advisory. You will provide due diligence and transaction advisory services to meet client and deal complexities across diverse industries.

You will interact with partners, perform data gathering, financial analysis, and prepare quality of earnings reports; engage in buy-side and sell-side due diligence, and contribute to client service and market growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; CPA designation preferred.
• At least three years of experience in a mid-to-large professional services firm.
• Two years of transaction services/due diligence experience preferred.
• Professional designations (CFE, CFA) or advanced degree are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with Partners on client and engagement management.
• Data gathering, document review and preparation of quality of earnings reports.
• Research and financial analysis of target companies.
• Due diligence for buy-side, sell-side, and corporate finance transactions.
• Communicate with clients to ensure delivery of exceptional service.
• Participate in marketing and recruiting activities.
• Pursue career development within the transaction advisory group.
