Baker Tilly is expanding its Transaction Services practice within the Financial Advisory group and seeks a Senior Consultant to deliver due diligence and advisory services for complex transactions. You will work with privately held and public companies, PE funds, and financial institutions on buy-side, sell-side and corporate finance assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; CPA designation preferred.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a mid-to-large professional services firm.
• At least 2 years of transaction services / due diligence experience preferred.
• Professional designations or candidacy (CFE, CFA, etc.) and/or an advanced degree are a plus.
• Strong modeling and Excel skills; ability to generate data-driven insights.
• Excellent communication and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with Partners on client and engagement management.
• Data gathering, document review and preparation of quality of earnings reports.
• Research and financial analysis of target companies.
• Due diligence for buy side, sell side, and corporate finance transactions.
• Communicate with clients to ensure delivery of exceptional client service.
• Participate in marketing and recruiting activities of the firm.
• Opportunities for career development and advancement within the transaction advisory group.
