Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Transaction Services practice within Financial Advisory. You will provide due diligence and transaction advisory services to a diverse client base, including privately held and publicly traded companies, private equity funds, banks, and BDCs.

You will work with Partners, gather data, perform financial analysis, and deliver data-driven insights under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting is required; CPA designation is preferred.
• At least three years of experience in audits and related services.
• Two years in transaction services / due diligence is highly preferred.
• Professional designations (CFE, CFA) or advanced degree are a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with Partners on client and engagement management.
• Gather data, review documents, and prepare quality of earnings reports.
• Research and financial analysis of target companies.
• Perform due diligence for buy side, sell side, and corporate transactions.
• Communicate with clients to ensure high-quality service.
• Support marketing and recruiting activities of the firm.
• Pursue career development and progression within the group.
