Baker Tilly is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Transaction Services practice within Financial Advisory. You will provide due diligence and transaction advisory services to meet clients' complex financial needs across private equity, banks and corporate finance transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Accounting required; CPA designation preferred.
• At least three years of experience in a mid/large professional services firm.
• Two years in transaction services / due diligence highly preferred.
• Professional designations or candidacy (CFE, CFA) and/or an advanced degree are a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask under deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present analyses.

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with Partners on client and engagement matters.
• Gather data, review documents, and prepare quality of earnings reports.
• Research and analyze target companies’ financials.
• Perform due diligence for buy side, sell side, and corporate finance deals.
• Communicate with clients to ensure exceptional service.
• Participate in marketing and recruiting activities.
• Opportunities for career development within the transaction advisory group.
