Job summary

Olympus Insurance Company is seeking a Senior Training Specialist to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs across Property Claims, Commercial Claims, and our Concierge Program. You will onboarding new hires and develop advanced technical training while collaborating with leaders, SMEs, and QA to continuously improve programs.

You will translate complex insurance concepts into practical curriculum and learning resources, ensuring compliance and ongoing employee growth.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, developing, and facilitating training for both new and experienced employees.
• Experience creating engaging learning content for technical, complex, or regulated environments.
• Property & Casualty insurance experience with understanding of Claims operations.
• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and relevant professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate onboarding, technical development, cross-training, and advanced learning for employees.
• Turn complex information into approachable curriculum, job aids, assessments, and resources.
• Keep learning experiences relevant as business, systems, products, and regulatory requirements evolve.
• Partner with leaders, SMEs, QA, and other stakeholders to identify needs and build solutions.
