IMA Financial Group seeks a Senior Training and Development Specialist to lead the training, development and coaching program for our new hires and service team members.

The role focuses on maximizing team potential, client service quality and operational efficiency while ensuring compliance. It requires 3–5 years in training, expertise in the Property & Casualty Insurance Industry, Applied Epic proficiency, and travel within the service area for in-person sessions.

Formación

• Three-to-five years of training, development and facilitation experience, including preparing training materials in various formats.
• Experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance Industry is required.
• Fluency with Applied Epic will be highly valuable to this role.
• Active Property & Casualty License required within 90 days of hire and must be maintained.
