Job summary

EyeCare Partners seeks a Senior Manager to lead Training, Development and Quality Assurance for the Patient Engagement Centers. You will drive onboarding, ongoing career development, and quality programs across internal teams, BPO partners, and AI-enabled support.

You will create training materials, develop e-learning content, and supervise a team of quality consultants. Strong collaboration with IT, clinics, and operations is essential to ensure processes remain current and effective.

Qualifications

• Track record in designing and executing successful training programs.
• Familiarity with classroom, e-learning, workshops, simulations.
• Experience with learning management systems and multiple delivery modalities (self-paced, mobile, ILT, async/sync).
• Experience in eLearning development and course building with authoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Create, deliver and evaluate training material for the Patient Engagement Centers.
• Develop e-learning modules, videos, instructor-led and web-based training content.
• Maintain and update training resources to align with current processes.
• Coach, develop and mentor the quality, training and development team.
• Oversee quality evaluations of patient interactions and scorecard metrics.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure content relevancy and effective delivery.
