Job summary

EyeCare Partners seeks a Senior Manager of Training, Development and Quality Assurance to lead onboarding, training and development for Patient Engagement Center staff, including internal teams and BPO partners. The role partners with IT, clinics/offices and operations to design, deliver and evaluate training materials and quality programs across our network.

Qualifications

• Training design experience and demonstrated ability to develop and implement training programs.
• Experience with learning management systems and multiple delivery modalities (e-learning, instructor-led, blended).
• Strong MS Office proficiency and ability to analyze training data.

Responsibilities

• Create, deliver and evaluate training material for the Patient Engagement Centers.
• Develop e-learning modules, videos, instructor-led and web-based training content.
• Coach, develop and mentor the training and quality team.
