Job summary

EyeCare Partners is seeking a Senior Manager of Training, Development and Quality Assurance to lead onboarding and ongoing training across Patient Engagement Centers. You will partner with IT, clinics, doctors, and operations to ensure content relevance and robust QA practices.

The role emphasizes developing resources, coaching teams, and driving training effectiveness. Responsibilities include creating training materials, building e-learning modules, and overseeing quality evaluations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in training in a Call Center environment.
• Experience designing and executing training programs and using LMS tools.
• Familiar with multiple learning delivery modalities (classroom, e-learning, workshops, simulations).
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, deliver and evaluate training material for the Patient Engagement Centers.
• Develop e-learning modules, videos, instructor-led and web-based content.
• Maintain and update training resources to align with current processes.
• Coach, develop and mentor the quality, training and development team.
• Identify future and current training needs and plan accordingly.
• Oversee quality evaluations of patient interactions and scorecard metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure content relevance and effective delivery.
• Monitor training program effectiveness and report results to leadership.
