Job summary

EyeCare Partners Career Opportunities seeks a Senior Manager for Training, Development and Quality Assurance to lead onboarding, ongoing training, and quality assurance across Patient Engagement Centers. You will partner with IT, clinics, doctors and operations to ensure consistent content and effective delivery of training.

The role requires designing engaging training materials, developing e-learning modules, and supervising the training/quality teams to drive continuous improvement in patient

Qualifications

Design and implement onboarding and ongoing training programs.
Experience with LMS platforms and multiple delivery modalities (self-paced, instructor-led, blended).
Proficiency in Articulate 360, Storyline 360, and related authoring tools.

Responsibilities

Create, deliver and evaluate training material for the Patient Engagement Centers.
Develop e-learning modules and multimedia training content.
Maintain training resources to align with current processes and technologies.
Coach and mentor the training and quality teams.
Evaluate training effectiveness and report findings to leadership.
