Job summary

EyeCare Partners seeks a Senior Manager in Training, Development and Quality Assurance to lead onboarding and ongoing development for the Patient Engagement Center staff, including support for BPO partners and Ai Agent integration.

You will create and update training materials, develop e-learning modules, and drive the quality program with cross-functional collaboration across IT, clinics and operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with additional degree.
• (Associate or Bachelor's) required with training focus.
• Experience designing and executing training programs in a Call Center environment.
• Familiarity with LMS and multiple delivery modalities (self-paced, e-learning, instructor-led).

Responsibilities

• Create, deliver and evaluate training material for Patient Engagement Centers.
• Develop e-learning modules, videos and instructor-led training content.
• Maintain and update training resources to align with current processes.
• Coach, develop and mentor the quality, training and development team.
• Evaluate quality data and scorecard metrics and make recommendations.
