EyeCare Partners seeks a Senior Manager to lead Training, Development and Quality Assurance for its Patient Engagement Centers. The role oversees onboarding, ongoing employee development, and QA activities in collaboration with IT, clinics, and operations. Strong instructional design and LMS experience are essential.

The role emphasizes leadership of a team, development of training programs, and ensuring content relevance across internal staff, BPO partners, and AI-assisted workflows.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and an associate's or bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience.
• 2+ years of call center training experience.
• Experience designing and executing training programs.
• Proficiency with multiple training modalities: classroom, e-learning, workshops, simulations.

Responsabilités

• Lead onboarding, training, and development for new and existing employees.
• Develop, deliver, and evaluate training materials for Patient Engagement Centers.
• Create and maintain e-learning modules, videos, and instructor-led content.
• Oversee quality assurance for patient interactions and training outcomes.
• Mentor senior supervisors and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.
