Job summary

EyeCare Partners is seeking a Patient Engagement Center Senior Manager to lead onboarding, training and quality assurance across our centers nationwide. You will develop materials, build e-learning modules, and partner with IT, clinics and operations to ensure consistent content and delivery.

The role requires strong instructional design skills, experience in call center training, and the ability to mentor a team while evaluating quality metrics and driving performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering training programs for call centers.
• Experience with LMS and multiple delivery modalities (e-learning, instructor-led, blended).
• Proficiency with MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint.
• Ability to communicate in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to lead teams and partner with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, training, and quality assurance for Patient Engagement Centers.
• Develop and maintain training materials and e-learning modules.
• Oversee quality evaluations and scorecards for patient interactions.
• Partner with IT, clinics, and operations to ensure content relevancy.
• Monitor training effectiveness and report results to leadership.
